Volunteer With Us

Arkansas Hunger Mobility Coalition is building a movement to ensure equal access to food assistance for all Arkansans—regardless of transportation, disability, or income.

Why Volunteers Matter

Food insecurity in Arkansas is not just about food supply—it is also about access. Many individuals are unable to reach food pantries due to lack of transportation or mobility challenges.

Volunteers help bridge this gap by supporting distribution, assisting individuals on-site, and helping advocate for more accessible systems.

What Volunteers Do

  • Support food pantry accessibility efforts
  • Assist with walk-up or drive-up distribution
  • Help seniors and disabled individuals access food safely
  • Collect community feedback on accessibility barriers
  • Participate in outreach and advocacy campaigns
